This agreement is entered between you and MetalWarez. By subscribing to our website: metalwarez.com you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. MetalWarez may review and modify these terms and/or the Privacy Policy from time to time. Each update will be notified on our website.

 

2. Description of service :
MetalWarez Premium Members System is a community driven gateway between file hosts. None of the files stored remotely are controlled or monitored by our administrators. All files NEVER exist in our server. We only hide the hotlink (direct link) from the original filehostings.

 

3. Acceptable use policy :
You agree NOT to do this following : 

  1. Share your MetalWarez Premium Member account.

All users who violate this Terms of Uses will be Banned Permanently.

 

4. Privacy Policy :
MetalWarez agrees not to share or sell any of your information to any third parties, this includes but it’s not limited to: E-Mails, Names, Personal Login Information, Billing Information. All your information is strictly confidential for us. However, there might be extreme cases when MetalWarez deems it necessary or appropriate.

 

5. Maintenance :
MetalWarez may perform maintenance services from time to time. You acknowledge that such maintenance may require downtime. We will attempt to provide prior notice of the maintenance downtime, except in the case that circumstances beyond our control limit the ability to do so.

 

6. Subscriptions and payments :
All payments are made in PayPal.

 

7. Refund Policy :
We don’t issue refunds.
